3. 當您使用我們的外籍家庭傭工招聘服務時，我們會收集您的個人資料。這包括在您簽署合約、提交申請表、接收傭工、聯絡我們查詢、使用網站或參與推廣活動時。為提升服務質量，客戶服務通話或會被錄音。
收集的資料類型
4. 我們收集辦理傭工申請所需的資料，包括您及家庭成員的姓名、身份證號碼、聯絡方式、住址證明、收入證明及身份證明文件副本等入境處及領事館要求的資料。
資料保護
5. 我們僅在達到收集目的所需期間內保存您的個人資料，或根據法律要求保留。我們採取安全措施保護您的資料，僅限有必要之員工接觸。
資料使用與分享
6. 我們使用您的資料來處理傭工申請、核實身份、提供服務及回應查詢。除非法律要求或得到您同意，我們不會向第三方披露您的資料，但可能向入境處、領事館或法律要求的機構提供所需資料。

This occurs when you sign contracts, submit application forms, receive the helper, contact us with inquiries, use our website, or participate in promotions. For service improvement purposes, customer service calls may be recorded.

4. We collect information required for helper employment applications by the Immigration Department and consulates. This includes names, ID numbers, contact details, proof of address, proof of income, and copies of identification documents for you and your family members.

5. We keep your personal data only as long as necessary for the original purpose or as required by law. We have security measures in place and limit access to employees with a legitimate need.

6. We use your information to process employment applications, verify identity, provide services, and respond to inquiries.
